Timan Window Fashions, a Hunter Douglas dealer, provides custom window treatments to homes and businesses small and large. Our mission is to create the perfect pairing of custom window coverings to our residential and commercial clients' needs and expectations. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success. Come work with us in our Cleveland Design Center and Chargin Falls, OH showroom where you will:

  • Discover customer’s design needs and specifications to set up our sales consultants for success with in-home sales
  • Set in home consultation appointments for our sales team
  • Approach customers with a high degree of customer service
  • Problem solve any challenges dealing with warranties, vendor deliveries or customer projects as they arise
  • Will oversee quoting, sales, ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products and returns
  • Ensure availability of product and services by approving contracts and maintaining any inventories
  • Work with company associates to develop marketing opportunities to promote and grow more sales

About You

Our successful operations manager will be the liaison among customers, vendors, installers and employees. Our operations manager is directly responsible for the day to day organization and coordination of store operations and procedures to ensure each customer receives excellent service during the entire purchasing and installation process. He/she will need to become an expert in our company's capabilities, product details, service information, and pricing. Our operations manager will be required to fully understand the goals, budget, inventory, staffing and scheduling needs of the business. In your background, you will have a demonstrated track record that indicates you have:

  • Effective phone/in-person communication with vendors, customers, co-workers and management.
  • Strong computer and technology proficiency, demonstrating ability to handle new software
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to learn and understand basic window treatment design/installation.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks and being able to change assignments or direction on short notice.
