Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Further develop local market and book of business for a dynamic group of multi-disciplinary engineers
  • Attend local and national client meetings and conferences
  • Establish new customer base across insurance, legal, and manufacturing industries
  • Conduct marketing and sales independently to identify new leads while cross collaborating with a national sales team
  • Attend and host marketing events
  • Evaluate new markets through marketing and sales calls and conferences
  • Create and execute sales strategy to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Serve as a resource to clients with inquiries, needs and/or problems r
  • Maintain positive, professional, helpful, friendly relationships with all clients
  • Other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Three (3) or more years customer facing sales experience
  • Ability to drive a vehicle to client meetings
  • Insurance background and knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management systems desired (Salesforce)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.
  • Ability to drive and travel to client locations and conferences
  • Ability to travel by airline
