job summary:

We are a global organization known widely as a 'Best Place to Work' looking for a Kronos Expert. As a Kronos Expert, this position provides on-going Kronos Workforce Central Application support. The incumbent collaborates with business partners, participates in governance meetings and manages SLAs by collaborating with the offshore team.

responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

- Identify business requirements and configure the system using best practices by collaborating with the business users

- Serve as a technical point-of-contact and assist subject matter experts in configuration of Kronos system, testing of system changes, report writing/preparation and setup/maintenance of the system

- Configure Kronos for Time, Accruals, Attendance, Leave and WIM

- Understands and configures interfaces using workforce integration manager (WIM)

- Work closely with the offshore team to provide an on-going production support in Kronos area and ensure adherence to SLAs

- Work closely with the SAP HR and Payroll teams to ensure a proper integration between SAP HR and Kronos systems

Skills:

- Good general technical specification, configuration and general HRS understanding/knowledge for the primary process stream / functional area

- Full life cycle experiences for Kronos solution (from Concept/Selection to Sustain)

- Project Management skills; Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and ensure relevant issues are communicated, addressed and resolved. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

- Can define and establish scope of a project, and coach others to do the same

Experience (Years/Type):

- 5+ year(s) of experience with Kronos Workforce Central Application required

- Extensive knowledge/understanding of Time Management processes, solutions, and integration

- Extensive understanding of Kronos Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Leave and WIM

- Experience leading continuous improvement projects

- Ability to work independently to complete deliverables
