What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments. Accountabilities Hours for this position are typically 9:00 am to 5:30 pmProvide customer service for critical issues submitted by Cardinal Health at-Home customersWork to provide issue resolution for customer accounts (mostly DME companies) involving warehouse logistics, time sensitivity, product error, medical necessity, etc.Answer emails delegated within a queue, problems must be dealt with and resolved by end of dayDemonstrate strong problem-solving and time management capabilitiesDemonstrate a customer-oriented/ sales mindset when approaching tasksMust be proficient in Outlook and Excel Qualifications Associates degree preferred, high school diploma with equivalent experience acceptableMinimum 2 yrs work experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills required What is expected of you and others at this level Applies basic concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform routine tasksWorks on projects of limited scope and complexityFollows established procedures to resolve readily identifiable technical problemsWorks under direct supervision and receives detailed instructionsDevelops competence by performing structured work assignments Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
