A large production company has an immediate opportunity available for a Sales Administrator. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:

· Assist sales department by performing administrative duties

· Organize and type quotes, estimates, revisions, letters, and other correspondence

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints

· Provide information about the products and services

· Set-up initial job checklist for Project Management

· Set-up folders for new jobs and keep status updated for all jobs

· Accurately and efficiently process reports

· Provide phone coverage and back-up to receptionist

· Perform other general office duties



Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Must have previous administrative experience

· Must have strong Word and Excel skills with accurate data entry skills

· Must have excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

· Must have an articulate phone presence

· Must have the ability to build rapport with clients

· Must have a professional and positive demeanor
